Parramos is a town 61.5 km (38 miles) from Guatemala City with 12,500 inhabitants, with Catholicism being the predominant religion. Many people here live in extreme poverty due to lack of opportunity and concrete government policies that leave the most needy at a disadvantage.
The Needs
Health, integral education and housing. Those are the reason which have motivated our ministry to teach practical principles of the Kingdom of God, which are being lived in our community, with the support from people who love God and his work.
We believe that we cannot separate the secular education from the Christian education, and we have as one of our goals to fund a Christian Bilingual School which can provide a breakfast and a strict control about the feeding and physical regimen of each child. |
